Competitions

Please find below a list of all the competitions that the WSA are running in 2010.

Don't forget that you need to be a member of the WSA to lift in these competitions. Also, if you intend to lift in the "A" stream and are hoping to qualify for any of the GBPF or IPF national or international competitions then you must also be a member of the WPU or a member of the GBPF .

15/08/2010: WSA Welsh Counties Powerlifting and Bench Press Championships

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF VENUE:
To be held at the Old Barn Inn, Mynydd Gelliwastad Rd, Morriston, Swansea SA6 6PX.

Lift off will be at 11am.

There will be individual Bench Press and Powerlifting competitions so you can either enter one or both.

The venue will also be serving breakfast and a range of other refreshments on the day.
