After the success of last year's Welsh Championships and with the closure of the YMCA in Llanelli, all WSA competitions throughout 2008 will be held at the following address:

Don't forget that you need to be a member of the WSA to lift in these competitions. Also, if you intend to lift in the "A" stream and are hoping to qualify for any of the BWLA national or international competitions then you must also be a member of the WPU or a member of BWLA.

Closing date for entries is 31/10/2008 and no late entries will be accepted.

The bar will be open serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with a selection of hot and cold snacks.

Mr Jay Clutterbuck will also be attending the competition to provide first aid and physiotherapy treatment to any lifters requiring attention. Jay will also be offering a sports massage service.
