Please note that these are the records for the "B" stream lifters. If you require the records for the "A" Stream then please
refer to the WPU Records as they are the same.

If you feel that you have broken one or more of the Welsh records and you are not down as the official record holder then please contact Rob Thomas on 07970 194666 or via email at rob@welshpowerlifting.com with your full name, age group, weight class and details of the competition where you feel the record was set. If this can then be verified then the relevant records will be updated.
